AI-native CRM

Turn your clerks back into closers.

Sensale is the AI-native CRM for sales teams. It connects to your work email, reads the customer activity that already happened, and proposes record changes a human approves. Your people spend their hours in front of customers.

The cost

Every hour clerking is an hour not closing.

The CRM does not close deals. It asks your reps to feed it: log the call, update the stage, tidy the record. Every one of those minutes is a minute not spent with a customer, and none of it ever shows up in a bonus.

So the busywork slips. The pipeline drifts from the truth, and the forecast follows it down. The work still has to happen. It just should not happen to your closers.

Why now

Now the work can do itself.

A tool that only suggests still leaves the work on your reps. A tool that acts can take it off them. This year agents crossed that line: they do not just recommend the change, they make it.

That is how your reps get their hours back. It is also the catch: the moment an agent touches a customer record, you need to see what it did, approve it, and undo it if it is wrong. Selling time and control are the same problem. Sensale solves them together.

The three surfaces

Three surfaces that keep you in control.

A hold between propose and commit.

Work an agent proposes is held in a queue. A human approves, amends, or rejects it before it touches a customer record. Approval is a state in the model, not a workflow added on top.

A full reconstruction of what the agent did.

Every agent run is recorded as an ordered, timestamped sequence: what it read, what it proposed, who approved it, what it wrote. You reconstruct any change without guessing.

The CRM, operated by instruction.

Instruct the CRM in plain language. The instruction becomes structured intent, resolves into proposed actions, and those actions enter the same approval queue as everything else.

What AI-native changes

What AI-native changes underneath.

Four decisions in the model, not four features on top of it. This section reads like documentation on purpose.

01 · Identity

The agent is a principal, not a service account.

It has its own identity in the permission model. It does not borrow a human's credentials, so its authority is scoped, granted, and revocable on its own terms.

02 · Record

Actions are attributable, replayable, and reversible by construction.

The action record is the substrate the write is built from, so every change reconstructs and reverses cleanly.

03 · Boundary

Tenant is a hard partition.

The agent-action log is one substrate per tenant. Supervision surfaces render over it. Nothing crosses the boundary.

04 · State

Approval is a first-class state.

A record can be pending. The model represents proposed-but-not-committed directly, which is why the queue can exist at all.

Who this is for

Built for sales teams that let agents act.

SMB and mid-market

Sales teams that move fast and cannot afford a change no one can explain.

Already on a CRM

You have the pipeline and the history. Now agents are starting to act inside it.

Ready to stay in control

You want a hand on every automated change, without slowing the work down.

Google data

What Sensale reads, and why.

Sensale connects to your Google account only with your permission. Each permission below maps to one function. Nothing else is requested.

Gmail

Read-only

Reads email threads with your customers to capture activity: who wrote, when, and about which deal. Sensale never sends, changes, or deletes your mail.

Google sign-in

Email address only

Confirms who is signed in and attributes every approval you make to you. Sensale receives your email address and nothing more.

What never happens

  • Your mail is read, never changed. Sensale sends nothing and deletes nothing from your account.
  • Your data is never sold and never used to train models outside your organization.
  • A human at Sensale reads your data only with your explicit consent, for support or security.
  • Disconnect any time from your Google account settings. Captured data is deleted on request.

Limited use

Sensale's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy Opens in a new tab., including the Limited Use requirements. The full detail is in our Privacy policy.

Early access
